Benchkit

Terms of use

Last updated 14 October 2026

Benchkit is provided by Qloovi AS, Norway. By using it you agree to these terms.

First-aid information is not medical advice

The first-aid cards, kit templates and emergency information in Benchkit are general information based on recognised first-aid guidance. They are not medical advice, do not replace first-aid training or professional help, and may not fit every situation. In an emergency, call the local emergency number. You are responsible for what your kit contains and for following your sport's and country's rules.

Emergency and AED information

Emergency numbers, AED and emergency-department information may be incomplete or out of date. AED locations from OpenStreetMap can be wrong or inaccessible. Check them on site and keep the information on your kit's emergency card up to date.

Your links

Benchkit has no passwords. Anyone with a team's manage link can change its kits, so share it only with people you trust, and create a new link in Settings if it gets out. Kit pages (the QR stickers) are public by design: anyone with the sticker can report usage and see the emergency card.

Club licence

The club dashboard has a 30-day free trial, then a yearly licence (USD 59 a year, plus VAT or sales tax where it applies). The licence is sold by Stripe, through its Link service, as merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments): Stripe is the seller on your receipt and handles the payment, VAT, receipts, invoices and cancellation. It renews yearly until cancelled; you can cancel any time at link.com and the licence then runs to the end of the paid year. If the licence ends, the dashboard is locked; teams keep working for free. Payment questions: Link support (support.link.com). Anything else, including refunds: benchkit@qloovi.com.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, overload it, or use it to store personal or health data. We may remove abusive content or accounts.

Liability

Benchkit is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Qloovi AS is not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its content. Norwegian law applies.
